Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know by email (contact@cosmichealingreiki.com) at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to receive a full refund. Same day appointment cancellations and no-shows are subject to a partial refund; a $25 cancellation or no-show fee will be deducted from the amount paid for the session.
